> General

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
These terms apply to all Live2D rigging work I provide.
I reserve the right to post rigging previews on my portfolio or social media (unless you request otherwise).

> Payments

Payment is via PayPal, or VGen if you do not have PayPal. Full payment is fully required upfront or unless otherwise discussed, such as a payment plan or 50/50.

> Revisions

Minor adjustments (such as fixing clipping or minor motion tweaks) are included for free after final delivery. Larger revisions that were not communicated (like redoing large parts of the rig) may require an additional fee.

> Communication

Please provide a PSD file that is properly cut and layered for rigging.
I will ask for clarification if anything is missing or unclear.
I will send WIP (Work In Progress) updates at key milestones

> Use

You may use the rigging for streaming, video creation, promotional images, etc. If you purchased commercial usage rights, you may use it for services or merchandising. Please credit me ("Rigging by MnemiMumu" or by linking my profile) wherever the model is used publicly.

> Intellectual Property Rights

Do not claim my rigging as your own.
Do not resell or redistribute the rigging files without my permission.
Do not use the model for hateful, discriminatory, or illegal activities.

> Refunds

Refunds are only available if I have only gotten to the head angle riggings part of the rigging process. Once I get past the head XY point of the rigging process, refunds are no longer available.
